AAWCC NY was founded by Helen Fu — an Asian female entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in the U.S. fitness industry. From her own journey of growing businesses in America, she deeply understood the challenges Asian women face: navigating American business culture, accessing policy resources, balancing professional ambition with healthy living, and most critically, the lack of a platform for resource sharing and mutual growth. AAWCC NY由Helen Fu创立——她是一位在美国健身行业深耕逾30年的亚裔女性企业家。在美国经营多家企业的亲身历程让她深刻理解亚裔女性面临的挑战：如何融入美国商业文化、获取政策资源、平衡职业抱负与健康生活，以及最关键的——缺乏资源共享与共同成长的平台。

That realization sparked an idea — to create a space where Asian women entrepreneurs could grow together, support one another, and integrate resources across industries. With the right foundation in place, Helen Fu moved to bring this vision to life. 这一认知激发了她的想法——创建一个让亚裔女性企业家可以共同成长、相互支持、跨行业整合资源的平台。拥有了合适的基础条件后，Helen Fu决定将这一愿景付诸实践。

On July 2, 2025, a milestone moment arrived: Helen Fu and Anna Zhu signed their partnership agreement, with Anna officially taking the role of President and Chairwoman. Together, they are driving AAWCC NY toward becoming a more professional, impactful organization for Asian women across New York City. 2025年7月2日，里程碑时刻到来：Helen Fu与Anna Zhu正式签署合作协议，Anna出任现任主席兼主席团团长。两人携手共同推动AAWCC NY朝着更专业、更具影响力的方向发展，服务纽约市全体亚裔女性。
